Pumpkin Pancakes!
Ok, so this morning I wanted to make something yummy and with the season for breakfast. What do I do?? I search of course lol. I ended up finding this super fun and yummy pancake recipe. It is a great recipe and a super awesome blog by Sarah {HighHeels and Grills}
Only thing is I wanted to change it up and make it easy easy easy!!!! So here is what I did. My 5 year old daughter helped of course just because she is a awesome pancake maker and perfect helper. We have a youtube video of her making pancakes from a couple years back lol. She was 3.
Here it is!!! Check it out. :)
So here is my easy version of the famous Fall Pumpkin Pancakes! Have fun and Enjoy!
Pumpkin Pancakes
2 cups Your favorite pancake mix
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1/3 cups water
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Whisk together the pancake mix and pumpkin pie spice. Add the brown sugar, canned pumpkin, and water. Mix together. Cook over medium heat about 2 minutes per side. Doctor them up with your favorite topping. Whip topping, syrup, walnuts, (my kids favorite Peanut Butter!!)  Enjoy!
